Comments:
The HOA Board would like to remind the community of some frequent violations.
- Garbage cans need to be stored away from street view and need to be removed within 24 hours of trash pick up. Placing garbage cans in driveways will result in a violation and ultimately result in fines.
- Parking on the street is prohibited by the HOA covenants. It is also a city violation to be parking on the street between the hours midnight and 6 a.m. This applies to every street in the neighborhood.
- Extended parking at the pool is not allowed unless approved by the Board ahead of time.
- Other Common Violations, click file below.

Nextdoor is the private social network for your neighborhood.
Nextdoor is the best way to stay in the know about what’s going on in your neighborhood—whether it’s finding a last-minute babysitter, learning about an upcoming block party, or hearing about a rash of car break-ins. There are so many ways our neighbors can help us. We just need an easier way to connect with them.
