Updated Paint Color Notice
The Board recently voted to have the color choices for home paint updated as this has not been done in many years. The updated colors are posted in the same place, on the brick wall outside of the pool pavilion. We referenced newer home builds to get ideas on current home color trends. As you will see, the OLD COLOR CHOICES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. When painting your home you MUST always submit an Architectural Modification Form to the HOA for approval. You can find this form under the Documents link to the left. For more information please click on the documents tab and view the document "List of Approved Paint Colors".
If you have a real emergency we always advise you to please call 911!
The Grove Park HOA email is firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to contact the Board about particular issues that relate to crime in the area.
The volunteer HOA Board has established a great working relationship with the City of Acworth Police Department, but in order to continue this we need our community to report crimes of any type to the police. We utilize records and tracking to help promote more patrols in the neighborhood so it is vital you use this avenue of communication.
So please call 911 in an emergency or use the non-emergency dispatch number to report other crimes or issues. That number is 770-974-3111.
