Pay your dues in one of the following ways:
1. Contact Rachel Bryant, Grove Park Property Manager, by telephone at 404-835-9305.
2. Email Rachel Bryant at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how to make your payment.
3. Make a payment online by clicking the icon "HOA Dues, Online Bill Pay" button to your left. You will need to sign into your account.
Make a payment with your Homeowner Account number. If you do not know this number please contact Rachel Bryant at the above email.
Homeowners can sign up for the auto-debit/ACH of their association fees. While designed for monthly dues, all dues’ schedules (annual, semi-annual or quarterly) can be setup. Please be mindful that the bank account used to register will be drafted when the next association fee is billed! Setup automatic payments, make one-time eCheck payments, or make on-time credit card payments on the ePayment tab above. A nominal fee applies to all one-time payment types. If you have trouble with making your payment, please click on the e-payment tab then the help button at the bottom of that page for additional assistance The auto-debit/ACH will occur between the 5th and 10th day of each month. Please keep in mind, if you DO NOT pay your dues then access to the amenities will not be available and will result in a LIEN on your property and litigation with fines. It is not an option to not pay, so please, if you are having trouble paying we strongly encourage you to speak with our property management company.
